Refund Policy

Bigscal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Bigdesk website and BigDesk application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding refund payment of any subscriptions.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 You shall pay licensing fees in the amount and payment conditions specified on the appropriate order form (the “License Fees”) in exchange for the right to use the service under the terms herein.

1.2 You agree that if Bigdesk is unable to collect the license fees payable to Bigdesk for the Service, you will reimburse Bigdesk.

1.3 Bigdesk may take any additional actions it deems necessary to recover such fees from you, and you agree to pay Bigdesk’s charges and expenses incurred as a consequence of such collection activity, including collection fees, court costs, and lawyers’ fees.

1.4 All commitments to pay license fees are non-cancelable, and all payments are non-refundable unless specifically indicated in this agreement or on an order form.

1.5 Taxes, levies, fees, and other similar governmental charges of any type are not included in your license fees (excluding taxes based on Bigdesk’s revenue, property, and employees). All and any such taxes will be your responsibility to pay.

1.6 Bigdesk retains the right to amend the license fees for the service under one or more order forms, beginning with the next renewed subscription term of the relevant order form(s), by notifying you in writing at least 30 days before the end of the then-current subscription term.
