If you select a BigDesk paid plan, we will collect your credit card information that will be used by our payment process to process your payment. If you have been invited to use BigDesk by an employer/client, your data will be shared with your employer/client. 4.1 If you use BigDesk as an employee or contractor, your employer/client has access to your data. In addition, our employees may have access to your data for testing & improving our application, to help you use the application, for the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request or to enter into such a contract. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
